About This MTA / GTA SA Map This is a custom map mod designed for Multi Theft Auto (MTA) and GTA San Andreas. It adds a newly designed environment, detailed object placements, and custom textures to bring new locations to life in single-player or on multiplayer servers.

Key Features:

• Fully compatible with MTA servers and GTA SA (SAMP/Single-Player).

• Optimized object placing to prevent screen lag and keep high FPS.

• Ideal for roleplay servers, gang territory maps, or custom event zones.

Installation Guide:

1. For MTA: Unzip the map folder into your server's resources directory and add start [map-name] to your mtaserver.conf.

2. For GTA SA (Single Player): Use Modloader or import the .dff and .col files directly into gta3.img / gta_int.img using an IMG Editor tool.
